Hip and Ridge Shingles

Hip and Ridge Singles ride along the top of your roof. This helps in both the protection of your roof ridge line, but also in the appeal. Hip and Ridge Shingles come in three styles:

• Berkshire® Hip & Ridge Shingles
• High Ridge Hip and Ridge Shingles
• Perforated 3-tab shingles

Underlayment

Underlayment is the material that is laid between the roof decking and the shingles, this application has two main purposes, first, it provides temporary coverage during installation, but is also provides a powerful barrier for wind driven rain, protection against leaks, and an extra layer of UV protection.

• Deck Defense™ High Performance Roof Underlayment provides better protection for your roof, is easier to install and is slip resistant giving the roofers added stability and safety.
• Fiberglas™ Reinforced Felt Underlayment a standard requirement of the Complete Roofing System, this underlayment provides extra protection at a lower price point.

Ventilation Products

Trapped heat in your attic can significantly raise your cooling bill and cause your roofing materials to wear down faster in the hot Georgia summer. Ownes Corning Ventilation products help reduce this heat by allowing the trapped heat a means to escape.
These products also help out in the winter, releasing the hot moister rich air from your attic, lowering your risk of water buildup.

• VentSure® Roof Vents allow hot, moist air to exit the attic to help prevent roof damage and premature aging.

Starter Shingle Products

Starter Shingle Products from Owens Corning eliminate the need for cutting shingle tabs, saving installation time while also providing easy application. Starter Shingle Products include:

RapidFlow® Gutter Drainage Protection

The RapidFlow® Gutter Drainage Protection System is Ownes Corning's solution to maintaining a clear hassle free gutter. Made with UV resistant foam, it allows water to flow freely while keeping your gutter free of:

• Other air born debris

The system is also cost effective, maintenance free and helps keep your home drainage system from becoming a breeding ground for bugs and mold.

Ice & Water Barrier Products

Ice & Water Barrier Products are designed to provide an extra barrier of protection from water and ice. Installed around places such as vents, eaves and chimneys, these products keep the water flowing off your roof instead of producing puddles where the water can leak into your home.
